A story about Danny Carey
I’ve met Danny several times since 2002, (which I count as a blessing, gift and honour) both with TOOL and Pigmy Love Circus each and every time he was sweet, incredibly down to earth and personable.
I don’t know what the fuck was written about him in “Playboy” but what I know from personal experience is he’s respectful, sweet, fun, intelligent and quite modest. I can’t say enough good things about him as a person, besides the fact he’s a phenomenal drummer and a dedicated musician.
As far as the trashy Maynard groupies go….announcing that they’re gonna’ shove their signed drumstick up their twat was mighty classy. Lemme’ tell ya’.
